"Had a great experience with this dealership's service department. During a severe cold snap, our diesel trucks engine light came on while we were traveling. Going from the southern part of the state to the north, Mercer area… We called numerus Ford dealerships along our path of travel and got the cold shoulder (some even rude) from all but Northwoods in Minocqua. They were friendly and quick to make space in their busy service schedule to get the truck in and at least let us know if it was safe for us to continue on. Honest and accommodating."

"I came to the Northwoods on a short family trip. When pulling into town my F-250 started showing a code and informed me that it would go into "limp mode" in 50 miles. I was desperate because we had to make it home a couple days later. I called Northwoods Ford and they got my truck in that day, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part for the next day and was repaired the next afternoon… I dealt with the service team who all jumped through hoops to get me on the road.
